I think the reasoning for each dictator's regeime is considered.

For instance, Stalin revolutionized Russia and made it a Superpower. He did so by a ruthless, bloody means, but you cannot argue that his aim was the success of the state.

What political correctness? They just dont want to add Hitler because of his.. shall i say.. 'radical right wing' views. The mass genocide and eugenics programs are what keeping the game developers from adding Hitler into the game imo. I dont think they want to have to face complaints from communities that somehow want to forget the wide-scale massacres of Hitler's 'final solution'. Maybe they dont know how to install Hitler into Civ without offending anyone with his evil background? Although supposedly if you screamed 'bloody hitler' in the mirror three times youd open the portal to hell, right?

I want Hitler to make his appearance in the game as much as any one else. The guy was an absolute nutter mentally and his political views were entirely radical, but the guy was a genius at economic matters. Plus, add that with that blood lust of his to take on Russia and the Allies and youve got the mix for one hell of an interesting and tough opponent to verse in the game.


Back to Stalin though, about time he made a reappearance. That moustache would make anyone tremble.
