Civilization is THE game of all times TommyCount, it is a classic and the new versions cannot completely recreate the thrill - excitement and pure exhiliration of playing Civilization during the dawn of computer gaming. Those who lived these days of discovery will never experience anything quite like it... no matter how much we play 2,3 or 4. Only by playing the original can we recall these moments of the birth.

why I play civ 1 is simple
because of the 'squares' it is more a true stratagy game and things dont jump all over place and due to my failing eyesight I CAN RECOGNISE the pieces more easily |
