Incorporated printer-friendly and reference-friendly table images in all forestry pages.
Uploaded the Forestry Operations practice scenario to the example_saves folder.

Fixed some general typos and spelling glitches on all pages.
Fixed references to Forestry operations subarticle with a planned September 15th publication date.
Eliminated the terminology of "food units" in favor of "food bundles" to avoid confusion with units like workers and warriors, etc.
Updated and integrated the links to the Quick Start Challenge pages.
